What data we process
Only what you give us when you write to us or enrol: your name, email address, phone number and anything else you choose to share. This website has no forms and does not use any analytics service, so it does not collect data by itself.
If, when enrolling, you tell us about any aspect of your health so that we can adapt the practice, we will process it only with your explicit consent and solely for that purpose.

- To answer your messages. Legal basis: your consent when you write to us.

- To manage your participation in programmes and gatherings. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- News
- To tell you about upcoming editions and gatherings, only if you ask us to. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request or while your relationship with the institute lasts. After that, only for the periods required by law.
Who we share it with
We do not share or sell your data to third parties unless legally required. Our email and web hosting providers process it solely to provide their service to us, as data processors.

To exercise them, write to info@institutomcm.com stating which right you wish to exercise. If needed to identify you, we will ask you to prove your identity. We will reply within one month at the latest.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Minors
Our programmes are aimed at adults. We do not process data of children under 14 without the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies on your browser. We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics service, nor advertising or tracking cookies.
External services
To display fonts and photographs, your browser connects to Google Fonts and Unsplash servers, which may receive your IP address in order to send those files. These services do not set cookies.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
